Terms of Use

Last updated: July 2026

Agreement

By accessing fidelir.com you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Website purpose

The website provides information about FIDELIR services and enables contact enquiries. Website content does not constitute a binding offer, professional advice, or a certification statement unless expressly confirmed in a signed engagement.

Independence, Privacy & Security Charter

Our Independence, Privacy & Security Charter describes operational principles for how we protect client interests, privacy and security — including no backdoors, no voluntary cooperation with third parties beyond legal compulsion, data minimisation, and staff accountability. The Charter is published on this website. It does not replace these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or signed engagement contracts; engagement deliverables and liability are governed by the applicable contract.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt service availability, introduce vulnerabilities, or submit unlawful, misleading or harmful content through forms or other channels.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding and materials are owned by FIDELIR or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without prior written permission, except for ordinary browsing and lawful quotation with attribution.

No warranty

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that content is complete for every purpose. We do not design, develop, deploy or recommend technologies that intentionally weaken security or contain hidden access mechanisms (“backdoors”).

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FIDELIR is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Contact submissions

Information you send via the contact form may be used to evaluate and respond to your enquiry, for that purpose only. Do not submit confidential customer data unless a confidentiality arrangement is already in place. We do not voluntarily disclose enquiry content to third parties except where legally compelled.

Legal requests

Official requests for information are reviewed under applicable law. We comply only with legally valid and binding requests from competent authorities. Where permitted, we will challenge requests that are unlawful, overly broad, or inconsistent with privacy, due process or proportionality, and will notify affected clients where legally allowed.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from the stated update date.
